Arch Spray Drying Services is a US-based spray drying company specializing in laboratory spray drying services and pilot-scale spray drying for advanced chemical applications. With over a decade of experience in custom chemical manufacturing, materials science, and technical project management, Arch delivers custom spray drying and toll drying solutions tailored to support product development and scale-up needs.


We offer flexible, small-batch spray-drying services ideal for R&D environments and proof-of-concept projects. Our facility houses two spray dryers with evaporation capacities ranging from 1 to 30 kg/hr, allowing us to handle a wide range of materials and process parameters.


Arch is your go-to partner for spray drying R&D, contract spray drying, and spray drying process development, with expertise in specialized techniques like microencapsulation spray drying, fermentation product drying, and surface modification drying.
